Deposit Terms & Conditions

    Deposits All deposits made by the customer are subject to the following terms and conditions. Deposits can be made in cash, by check, by wire transfer or by any other method approved by the company.

    Deposit Amount The minimum deposit amount is $1. The company reserves the right to set a maximum deposit amount and to change it at any time without prior notice.

    Deposit Processing Time Deposits will be processed within two business days after the company receives the funds. The company is not responsible for any delays in processing deposits caused by third-party payment processors.

    Deposit Fees The company may charge a fee for processing certain types of deposits. The fee amount will be disclosed to the customer at the time of the deposit. The company reserves the right to change the fee amount at any time without prior notice.

    Deposit Refunds Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of an error made by the company. If the company determines that an error was made, the deposit will be refunded in full to the customer.

    Changes to Deposit Terms and Conditions The company reserves the right to change these Deposit Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The customer is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically and agrees to be bound by any changes made by the company.

    Governing Law These Deposit Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is located. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
